Setting New Brand Standards

When Eastern Real Estate first approached our team, the company did not utilize defined brand standards. They relished their logo but acknowledged that it necessitated an update that would help the brand keep up with the latest design trends all the while retaining its former features. The Eastern founder was open to hearing ideas on how to best enhance the existing logo through small tweaks, rather than redesigning it. The challenge at hand for our team was crafting a logo design that would have retained the same graphics while incorporating a dimensional twist to it. We achieved that by adding seemingly tridimensional outlines and a metallic gradient to the preexisting graphic, which helped confer volume and depth to the logo.

The stationery set, the reports’ template, and the additional branded material devised to be delivered to the Eastern clientele, reflect the neat and functional flow of the website. While the business card, the letterhead, and envelope designs were kept clean, concise, and classy, the Capability Presentation and the Investor’s Report draw on the appealing and multiform layout of the website, bridging the Eastern printed material and their online presence.

The Website

The client envisioned a website that would combine traditional with modern and modesty with professionalism. We attained this initial goal by keeping the layout simple and not presumptuous, while profiting from Eastern’s high-quality portfolio by including a vast array of images, which, on each page, are utilized singularly or through slideshows, to break the strongly delineated edges of each section. The client was instantly satisfied with the first few drafts our team presented them with but thanks to open communication and active collaboration with Eastern Real Estate, we were able to recreate what they originally envisioned.
