Keeping Up With the Growth

The expanding influence of the Ficke Team demanded a website that would measure up to their standards of excellence and innovation. The client was envisioning a modernized yet easily navigable new look that would congenially display their portfolio and redirect the users to their properties’ memorandums. Additionally, it was important for our client to benefit off the advantages of a self-standing website that would, however, clearly display its connection to the larger Colliers branch and, therefore, take into consideration their already-established brand standards.

The New Website

The dark theme selected for the website allows the images and the CTAs (calls-to-action) to pop-out against the blue background, making them the primary focus of the layout. Their portfolio is highly promoted through slideshows and image galleries which lead the user directly to their respective property information and downloadable data. The contact forms are purposely repeated throughout the pages to ease their audience into seeking for assistance and simplify the access to the Colliers’ undisclosed material. Finally, each functionality was readapted to fit smaller, standard screen sizes, so that the website would preserve its well planned structure.
