Project Overview
The Marvis H. Neptune series follows a twelve-year-old boy lost at sea, blending adventure with educational themes. Ron envisioned a digital space where readers could interact with the story’s world—exploring maps, creatures, and lore—while learning about the author and his creative process.

1. Book Production: From Manuscript to Print
Ron’s original Word documents had formatting issues, including inconsistent margins and disrupted page numbering in book one. Additionally, inserting a new chapter required adjusting spine widths for both paperback and hardcover editions.
Professional Typesetting:
JSL Marketing rebuilt all interiors in Adobe InDesign for precise typography, KDP-compliant margins, and corrected pagination.
Adaptive Cover Design:
As page counts changed, JSL Marketing recalibrated spine widths and updated eBook and print covers to maintain visual consistency.
