About Choice One Development

Choice One Development, LLC, was founded by medical, real estate, and construction experts in 2006. Since their inception, they have pulled from each of their founders’ experience and backgrounds to become leaders in both commercial and medical real estate development.

Within their first two years, they developed and opened over 15 clinics and have continued with growth and success ever since. Their knowledgeable and transparent team works alongside their clients to fully engage in and understand every aspect of their real estate development projects, goals, and needs.

The Problem

With a $5K – $10K budget, Choice One Development, needed a sleek, easy-to-use, five-page website that clearly displayed their available services and expertise. The website would primarily be used for new clients interested in learning more about them, rather than for current clients.

But we needed to make sure that they would be able to serve both. They had their own logo, but were interested in making minor changes to the logo, if those changes were necessary. Their timeline was fairly flexible – but ideally, they wanted the project finished within 6 months, if possible. And of course, with JSL Marketing & Web Design, it was.

The Process

Content Marketing

Choice One Development needed content that showcased who they were and what the offered, along with their long history of success. They wanted to make their potential customers feel at ease and have confidence that they were choosing a developer who had a track record they could trust. Confidence builders and trust factors like statistics helped us create content that was both sleek and comprehensive.

Additionally, clearly displaying that Choice One Development was a start-to-finish partner through their content and services was paramount. Their services content was carefully crafted to show that every step of the process – from site selection to project management after the fact – could be handled by their dedicated and expert team. By bringing together numerous trust factors, the client’s solid history, and their full-scale services, JSL was able to create compelling content that spoke to new potential clients in the medical and commercial real estate industries.

Website Design & Development

With established branding already in place, JSL Marketing & Web Design had to ensure that any design we created met their existing brand guidelines and supported the integrity of their brand. At the same time, we needed to create a design that was modern, concise, functional, and fun.

Starting with the established logo, colors, and fonts, we shaped the styles around their existing theme, while adding touches of updated imagery, graphics, and composition. We did this by using overlapping graphical elements, a timeline feature, mono and duotone images, and a simplified structure for displaying content.

The Results

In the end, the Choice One Development website, logo, and content all came together seamlessly to create a professional and sleek yet inviting home for new and existing clients alike.
The flow of pictures keeps the site from looking dated or cluttered, the content flows down the page in easily digestible sections that draw the eye down, and the movement and colors of their logo and the overall project branding lend themselves to innovation and freshness without seeming too youthful and untested.

Ultimately, Choice One Development’s project was about balancing their history with a fresh look, and their professional industry with personable aspects – and it was a huge success!
