About KW Commercial Georgia

At KW Commercial Georgia is proud to serve the entirety of Georgia with their mission, vision, and values at the core of who they are. Ever since the first commercial branch over four decades ago, KW Commercial’s relaunch marked a turning point in their daily operations to include an emphasis on technology, innovation, sophistication, diversity, and community.

The Problem

Like many other branched real estate agencies, KW Commercial Georgia was seeking to build an autonomously-ran online presence operating under the KW Commercial network. Being previously inexistent within the digital space, the company was looking for a website that would accurately embody their focus in technological advancement and local targets.

Project Goals

JSL devised a layout pivoting around the concept of motion, flow, and progress.

The client immediately voiced their desire to include as much interactivity as possible without going beyond the pale. With the KW Commercial Georgia’s audience being so vast and diverse, we had to work on a strategy that would have adequately married movement and functionality.

The Process

The Design

With the project’s main goal in mind, our designer thought that the best solution was to create a relatively static wireframe that would balance the loud presence of the numerous videos the client provided and which our team also worked on. This was possible thanks to the usage of images and gradients; the former was used to break the hardly delineated sections throughout the site, the latter served to create smooth transitions from any design element to the next. While the original draft used a color palette that was thought out based on the KW Commercial branding, the client suggested a selection of gray tonalities to reinforce the concept of elegance and moderation they were initially looking for. Minor design choices such as the full-navigation design, the button’s aesthetics and hover animations, the boxes glows, and the bulleted lists layouts, added additional uniqueness to the site.

Our web development manager advised and minutely executed different programming features which greatly contributed to improve the website’s front- and back-end functionality.

Video Production

KW Commercial was looking to create a unique animated video which showcased not only the company itself but the locations which they serve. Our video production team worked closely with the client to make this vision a reality through an animated map which highlighted different areas of Georgia, along with various iconic landmarks. The end result was a unique video that effectively brought the client’s idea to life.

The Results

The result of our design and development team effort, is a modern and sophisticated website which lives up to the standards of such an important brand as that of KW Commercial and matches the client’s expectations to the fullest. KW Commercial Georgia is now in possession of a web platform which makes it stand out among its competitors and which is easily accessible to a continuously-growing audience.
